  • Able to connect any production line with classical control
  • Make start stop power and control circuit for 3ph induction motor
  • Make reverse direction circuit for 3ph induction motor
  • Star delta motor and Dahl ender motor
  • More than 10 other circuit with classic control
  • Sensors types & connection

     

 

Course Outline

Day 1 (Basics of electricity for any control engineer)

  1. Sources of electricity and standard
  2. Balance loads and un balance loads
  3. Earth , neutral and ground
  4. Short circuit protection
  5. Overload protection
  6. Cables selection and testing
  7.  Phase sequence protection
  8. Switches types
  9. Troubleshooting

Day 2 (classic control basics)

  1. Contactors ( types & selections)
  2. Start stop power and control circuit for 3 Ø induction motor
  3. reverse direction for 3 Ø induction motor
  4. methods of starting of motors
  5. soft starter
  6. star delta motor
  7. reverse direction for star delta motor

 Day 3 ( Practical all day)

  1. all the previous application

 Day 4 ( practical applications)

  1. application on timers

 Day 5 ( sensor application) 

  1. proximity sensors
  2. limit switches
  3. optical sensors
  4. temp sensors
  5. Pressure sensors    

WORKSHOP STYLE 

 

The workshop will be of five day’s duration consisting of interactive learning sessions, videos, examples and role-play exercises to provide the delegates with the knowledge and experience of using the key learning issues and techniques.
